The Changan Institute of Technology (CIT) (Zhenian: 장안공과대학교), is a public research university in Changan, Zhenia, particularly specializing in the natural sciences and engineering. Established and operated directly by the Zhenian Government in 1911 with the purpose of promoting education and research, it was one of the first completely research-oriented science institutions in the nation. It is also the first body of education directly affiliated with the Jungchuwon.
